The first meeting was held on Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 October 2009, at the Centre for African Wetlands Buildings, University of Ghana, Accra.
The second meeting was held on Tuesday 19 and Wednesday 20 January 2010, at the Centre for African Wetlands Buildings, University of Ghana, Accra.
The third meeting was held on Wednesday 26 May 2010, at the Centre for African Wetlands Buildings, University of Ghana, Accra.
The fourth meeting was held on Tuesday 14 September 2010, at the Centre for African Wetlands Buildings, University of Ghana, Accra.
